La Palma Artesanía celebrated, October 13, its traditional outlet; in the Insular School of Crafts of Villa de Mazo, where it was possible to meet and acquire a wide and varied assortment of original artisan pieces at the best price.
Organized by the public company Sodepal, dependent on the Cabildo Palmero, it offered an unbeatable opportunity to know and acquire products from the collections of La Palma Artesanía, with discounts that reached up to 50% . In this sixth edition and given the limitations of the security measures due to Covid-19, it has been decided to expand the outlet’s calendar; until Friday, October 16.
As a novelty this year, taking into account the special circumstances that mark the Covid-19 pandemic, the products could be purchased through the social networks of La Palma Artesanía (Facebook and Instragram).
The Councilor for Handicrafts, Susana Machín, and the CEO of Sodepal and insular head of Economic Promotion, Raquel Díaz, agreed that the objective of this appointment with palm handicrafts seeks to promote and sell those items from each collection developed by La Palma Craftsmanship, while offering the public the acquisition of products at a very good price.
Susana Machín encouraged the island’s population and visitors to come to know the offer of La Palma Artesanía, both in person or through the brand’s social networks, and purchase products made with this seal that “combines all the essence of the best of our traditions and the creativity of our artisans and artisans ». Raquel Díaz, for her part, stressed the quality of the products of this brand and the possibility offered by this event to be able to acquire them at a more affordable price, also taking into account the proximity of the Christmas holidays.
As is traditional in the La Palma Artesanía outlet, there were some surprises for those customers who made a purchase at this show. In addition, people who have the Lovers card (lovers of crafts) enjoyed a 10% discount on the products. The card can be obtained at the Villa de Mazo point of sale, at the Insular School of Crafts.
