What are the shipping areas?

Shipping is only available in the Canary Islands.

Shipping costs:

Shipping costs in the Canary Islands: € 7.

For now, we do not ship to the Iberian Peninsula or the rest of Europe.

What is the minimum age to place an order with La Palma Artesanía ?

The minimum age to shop on the website is 18 years of age.

What are the delivery times?

You will receive your order in a period of 2 to 4 days via the Nacex courier service.

Orders received on our website from Monday to Thursday will leave the warehouse within 24 hours of the time when the order is placed. Those orders placed on Friday, during the weekend or on holidays are processed the following working day.

How can you track the status of your order?

Once your order has left our offices, we will send you an email indicating the order number so that you can track your order on the NACEX website (www.nacex.com) or by calling 922 43 77 96.

What happens if you are not at home at the time of delivery?

The delivery will be made to the indicated address. If you are not there at the time of delivery, Nacex will contact you by telephone or will leave a delivery notice.

If the second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, a secondnotification will be sent in order to arrange the delivery as soon as possible.

If for some reason Nacex still has not contacted you, you can use the contact information indicated in the previous sections. Meanwhile, your order will remain at your local Nacex branch office for a maximum of 15 days.

How is the delivery of your order managed?

Deliveries by Nacex are always made on working days from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

If you wish to receive your order during a specific time slot, you can write us at roberto.garcia@sodepal.es and we will quickly communicate your preference to Nacex. In this case, Nacex will do everything possible to deliver during the indicated time slot.

What happens if the delivery address is incorrect?

Please review the address indicated when placing your order in order to ensure that the data are correct and complete. It will not be possible to change the shipping address if the order has already been processed. That being the case, this would result in additional shipping costs. You can contact the La Palma Artesanía team to obtain further details as soon as possible at roberto.garcia@sodepal.es

In which cases is it possible to return an order?

No product exchanges and / or returns will be made.

In the case of the return request being due to reasons for which La Palma Artesanía is responsible, defective products or those not matching the reference purchased, La Palma Artesanía will be responsible for collecting the products and / or exchanging them for the correct ones, and for paying the shipping costs associated with this return and / or exchange. In this case, you can also contact our customer service team by email at roberto.garcia@sodepal.es and we will indicate how to return the product easily and free of charge.  

Defective or incorrect products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, unopened and in the original box and packaging.

You have a period of 7 calendar days from the day when you receive the defective or incorrect products to do this. Once the product has been received, the corresponding refund will be issued.

Can the order be cancelled?

Order cancellations may be requested during the first 24 hours following the purchase. Please send an email to roberto.garcia@sodepal.es, explaining the reason and requesting a refund for your purchase.

If this request is not sent within these first 24 hours, the purchase will be shipped.
